You acknowledge and agree that:
- Sound healing and meditation are complementary practices and not substitutes for medical or mental health care.
- The facilitator is not a medical professional, mental health provider, or licensed healthcare practitioner.
- No Service offered constitutes medical advice, clinical therapy, or the practice of medicine, counseling, or psychology.
- Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, or if you are experiencing symptoms that require professional care, you must seek assistance from a qualified healthcare provider.
Do not disregard, avoid, or delay medical or mental health advice based on information or experiences from our Services.
2. Eligibility and Participation
By participating in any session, event, or Service, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent.
- You are voluntarily choosing to participate.
- You are physically and emotionally able to engage in relaxation and mindfulness practices.
If you have medical conditions—especially involving hearing sensitivities, seizures, cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, metal implants, or mental health conditions—you must consult your healthcare provider prior to participating.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within Services—including text, images, branding, audio recordings, session designs, and curriculum—is the property of Inner Sound Wellness and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
6. Payment, Scheduling, and Cancellations
By booking a Service, you agree to the pricing, scheduling, and cancellation policies stated at the time of booking.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to fees.
