Last Updated: December 14, 2025

Welcome to Inner Sound Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, sessions, events, content, and any associated offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Wellness Services Only – Not Medical Advice

Inner Sound Wellness provides sound meditation, sound healing, breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, educational content, and other wellness-related experiences.
These Services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, personal growth, and general well-being only.

Inner Sound Wellness does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sound healing and meditation are complementary practices and not substitutes for medical or mental health care.
  • The facilitator is not a medical professional, mental health provider, or licensed healthcare practitioner.
  • No Service offered constitutes medical advice, clinical therapy, or the practice of medicine, counseling, or psychology.
  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, or if you are experiencing symptoms that require professional care, you must seek assistance from a qualified healthcare provider.

Do not disregard, avoid, or delay medical or mental health advice based on information or experiences from our Services.

2. Eligibility and Participation

By participating in any session, event, or Service, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent.
  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate.
  • You are physically and emotionally able to engage in relaxation and mindfulness practices.

If you have medical conditions—especially involving hearing sensitivities, seizures, cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, metal implants, or mental health conditions—you must consult your healthcare provider prior to participating.

3. Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after any Service.
  • You will listen to your body and stop participating if discomfort or distress arises.
  • You will notify the facilitator of any relevant conditions or concerns prior to beginning a session.

Inner Sound Wellness is not liable for injuries, emotional responses, or outcomes resulting from participation in any Service.

4. No Guarantees

While many participants experience relaxation, clarity, emotional release, and other benefits, Inner Sound Wellness makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.
Your personal experience is unique and may vary.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment, Scheduling, and Cancellations

By booking a Service, you agree to the pricing, scheduling, and cancellation policies stated at the time of booking.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Sound Wellness and its facilitator(s) disclaim any liability for:

  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Emotional or psychological reactions
  • Losses or damages of any kind arising from participation

Your decision to participate is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your involvement.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data except as required to provide our Services or comply with law.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
